About Welcome Page

If your website is out of date, it isn’t because you don’t care. It’s because you run a nursery.

Most settings we look at have the same story. Someone built the site years ago, a parent or a friend or a company that has since moved on. Logins were lost. Fees changed, staff changed, a new inspection came and went, and the website stayed where it was. Nobody had the time, and every quote for a new one came with a monthly fee that was hard to justify.

Meanwhile parents are on their phones, comparing three or four settings, and making up their minds from what they see. We started Welcome Page to fix that one problem well: a clear, current website, written for you, at a price you pay once.

Who we are

One small team. The people who check your current website are the people who write and build your new one, and the people who answer your emails afterwards. There’s no account manager in between.

We’re new to early years, not to building websites. Before Welcome Page, our team builtNexxaScreen andNextSprints, platforms used by universities and thousands of students. We bring the same care for speed, security and clear writing to sites that have to work for a tired parent at 11pm.

How we work

• Everything in writing. Questions, drafts and changes happen by email and a private preview link, so you can reply between sessions instead of finding time for meetings.
• We write the words. Send us an old leaflet, your prospectus or a few notes. We turn them into pages and you approve every one.
• Nothing goes live until you say so. You see the whole site before parents do.
• Fixed prices, agreed first. £495 for a nursery site, paid once. After your first free month, a small change is £25 and a new page is £60.

What you own

Your web address is registered in your name. Your site runs on a Cloudflare hosting account that belongs to you. Your words and photos are yours. If you ever want to move on, there’s no contract to wait out and we’ll help you hand over.

What we won’t do

• Put children’s photos online without written consent from their parents.
• Pass AI images off as real children or real days at your setting. They’re always labelled as illustrative.
• Add tracking, advertising cookies or pop-ups you didn’t ask for.
• Write fake reviews, fake urgency or claims about your setting you can’t back up.
• Tie you into a monthly fee for a website that doesn’t need one.
